Allowing PMR to manage your property allows you to take advantage of our Technical Services options that range from Building Automation Systems, IoT (Internet of Things) and Smart Systems, Cameras for Security and Supervision, Access Control, Network Management and Internet availability.


Staffing NICET certified Technicians, Fire Protection Engineers and experience Project Managers allows our Fire Protection, Maintenance and Construction Division to provide inspection, testing, maintenance, construction and installation services for any property.


These include automatic sprinklers, fire alarms, detectors, communication, mass notification and special hazards systems, as well as architectural life safety and building code consulting. ​
